Come see Camden Music School students shine at our 7th annual fall recitals. Each event is filled with delightful music and great accomplishments. Concert-goers will enjoy hearing a wide variety of musicians, instruments and musical styles, from beginner to advanced piano students to the Camden Community Choir; from the adult Afro-Cuban drum class to young rock ‘n rollers; from violinists to drum set, trumpet and ukulele-players.
Here’s the schedule: Saturday, November 12, 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. and Saturday, November 19, 12:30 p.m. at Luther Memorial Lutheran Church, 3751 Sheridan Ave. N.; and Saturday, November 19, 4 p.m. at Grace Center for Community Life, 1500 6th St. NE.
The concerts are free and about one hour in length. Concert-goers can shake hands with the performers, enjoy good coffee, cookies and conversation, and register for winter classes at the receptions following each recital.
