Kim’s Critter Care is celebrating its first anniversary! Kim offers in-your-home pet care for most pets as well as daily dog walking service to Northwest Minneapolis residents. “I will visit a client’s home on a daily basis to feed, water and care for the pet(s). Most importantly, I will provide lots of tender loving care and personalized attention during each visit,” says owner Kim Rinde. Not only does Kim look after household pets in pampered style, she is also happy to bring in newspapers/mail, water house plants, and turn lights on and off to give your house a “lived-in” look. Kim is bonded and insured through Professional Pet Sitters LLC and she has references available. Kim is certified in pet first aid and CPR by the American Red Cross, and is also a member of the Association of Professional United Pet Sitters. To celebrate the company’s first year anniversary, all new clients making reservations for pet sitting services during July, August and September will receive a 10 percent discount off the total sitting fee the first time they use the company’s services. Musikgarten, a leader in early childhood music and movement education and group piano instruction, held its 14th annual Musikgarten Teacher Festival this past spring in Green Lake, Wisconsin. During the festival a select number of teachers were recognized for their outstanding Musikgarten Studios. Camden Music School and Musikgarten instructors Angelina Frohlich, Nancy Van Kampen and Anna Bendickson were awarded the 2012 Musikgarten Exemplary Program Award. This award signifies that Camden Music School offers a full complement of Musikgarten classes for children age newborn to nine. Camden Music School is one of only 75 programs in North America to receive this prestigious award for 2012.
Robbinsdale Wine & Spirits is now open for business under a new name and in a new location. Formerly known as RC Liquors, Robbinsdale Wine & Spirits is a larger site at 4060 Lakeland Ave., near the U.S. Post Office in Robin Center on County Road 81. The new store has more product inventory in the retail area with access to a wider selection of products. More parking is available and the layout makes it easier to shop for your favorite beers, wines and spirits. Profits from Robbinsdale Wine & Spirits are used for capital improvements in the parks. Keys for Kids volunteers collect, sort and recycle keys to benefit kids. Together we can make a difference. You can help others by recycling keys.
