Garlic-Cheese Beer Bread

2 2/3 cups self rising flour
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
12 oz can or bottle of beer or hard cider (cold or room temperature)
Preheat oven to 375. Mix together the flour, garlic powder and cheese. Open the beer and stir into flour mixture. Scrape into a greased 9x5 loaf pan and bake at 375 for 50-55 minutes.
