Walk, bike or roll to Lowry Avenue on Saturday September 29, 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Lowry Avenue will be closed to car traffic so neighbors can meander safely between 14 different zones over 24 blocks for music, art, kids’ games, food, community information displays and bike activities for all ages.
