Unless you were outta town on October 6, you know that former President Jimmy Carter and wife Rosalynn were working on the Habitat for Humanity Hawthorne Ecovillage project with a bunch of Northside neighbors. The project was a "coming out" party for all the residents, and there was a great sense of Northside pride as the President met with all the workers. Photo by Pat Carney
