Open Streets/Harvest Fest
11/01/2012
People walked, biked and rolled on Lowry Avenue on September 29 for the 4th Annual Harvest Fest, which was joined with Open Streets this year. Lowry was closed to car traffic so neighbors could meander safely among 14 different zones over 24 blocks for music, art, kids’ games, food, community info displays and bike activities for all ages. For more photo highlights see page 12. All photos by Duane Atter.
