On January 27 North Regional Library officially opens, displaying a department store atmosphere and modern equipment, while Webber Library wears its ‘closed’ sign.
A sad commentary for a library that for 90 years has faithfully served our north area with friendly competence to people of all cultures — now lost to what, progress? What has happened to values?
